Do Me a Favor?

Can you take me to the bakery?

I’d like to get myself a cutie pie like you.

Today is Sunday.

I was hoping maybe if I throw this out into the world, someone would explain this to me…
Why the fuck do people take things so seriously? I mean, I love being in a relationship just as much as the next girl, but after a month of dating a guy, I’m not going to verbally rip his face off for cheating on me. A month is nothing and if he’s happier with some whore, let him be. It feels like people get into thinking they’re going to marry every single person they date and every break-up “breaks” their heart. Honestly, if you think the person you’re dating right now is THE ONE for you, tell me, have they always lived within commuting distance? There are billions and billions of people in the world, yet it seems as though everyone’s “soul mate” happens to live in the same country, if not the same state or even city of each other. Coincidence..? And then on top of that, most people try super hard to get the other person to begin with, and then give up after they have them, thus altering the entire relationship.
Then you have the kids that take their grades up their ass… Honestly now, if you can get into a college-you’re doing it right. Two years after you graduate college, no one’s going to give a fuck what your GPA was, how much you paid for your degree, where you went, or even IF you went. Can you imagine, or just try to comprehend how many things you can experience? On average, you experience about 20,000 individual moments per day that can potentially change your life forever.
What if you and your closest friend never started your first conversation? Ok, that one’s easy-obviously you wouldn’t be friends, but how about changing lanes while driving and avoiding an accident? Or donating that extra ten cents to the homeless man sitting on a street corner? Taking the time to walk around a puddle rather than through it? How many people do these things effect? It seems as if everyone’s so obsessed with getting to the next predictable step in their life, they aren’t living. They aren’t thinking. They aren’t seeing what’s going on.
What’s the shape of an interstate sign?
What’s Home Depot’s slogan?

When you assume someone has too much time, think about this.
Everyone gets 24 hours in a day, every day.
The way you spend those hours is up to you.
So does that person have nothing to do?
Or are they actually doing more than you?

Everyone who works for someone else is in this rat race…working for the next paycheck-doing the same thing. They’re replaceable. So say you get replaced? Do you go find a similar job because you have experience?
What would happen if you stood out of the crowd and actually made a difference?
Find a problem and fix it. Then you’re famous. It’s such an easy concept, yet very few do it. Why? It requires effort.
People care so much about the trivial things because it’s what’s expected. A woman in her forties once told me she feels like people treat her like she has a curse bestowed upon her because she’s not married and has no kids.
What does being married say about a person?
Education level?
Style?

We’re all so quick to judge and hesitant to get out of the norm.

What would happen if you didn’t give a fuck..?
